Beyond games and design, the site seemed desperately empty to us! Apart from a very classic welcome bonus, a spinner, and a referral system, it wasn't simple for us to take an objective look at Blaze without being able to access all its content.

The system welcomed us with a long message in Portuguese, then asked us to write our name and email address to start the chat. We then had to choose a language. In case of a problem on the site, you'll have a choice between English, Portuguese, Hindi, Japanese, and Spanish.

We therefore chose English. After a first automatic message in Portuguese, the agent gave us several pieces of advice:

• Try incognito mode
• Clear the cache
• Try another browser
• Change device

We therefore tried incognito mode — without success. Same result when changing browser and switching to mobile...

All that was left was trying to clear the cache... Unfortunately, that didn't work for us either. What was causing this problem? Difficult to say... In any case one thing is certain — we'll never be able to spend our money at Blaze if the problem persists!

Edit: It's very important to note that a few hours after our unsuccessful registration attempt, we received an email from Blaze offering us to enter our password in a new window. Pleasant surprise! We therefore naturally tried to re-register using this new method... Only to find that the problem persisted! After having confirmed the password with this new method, we tried to log in with our credentials — but faced a similar problem. Nothing happened when we wanted to confirm our credentials.

An impossible registration...

The site's translation issues continue for registration. You now need to click the red "Registre" button at the top right of the homepage. This is a poor translation of the term "Register" — which means both "Sign Up" and "Register" in English. After clicking this button, a first registration window opens in the centre of the screen.

Enter your email address, choose a secure password, and enter your date of birth to continue. Confirm this first step by ticking the box to accept the terms of service, and clicking the red "Get started!" button.

It's extremely important to note that here, we encountered a problem. By clicking the "Get started!" button, absolutely nothing happened. We therefore contacted customer service to try to find a solution... Read the review part dedicated to customer service to find out more.

After trying all the solutions suggested by customer service, we had to face the obvious. Registering at Blaze Casino was simply impossible for us as things stood. Yet customer service got back to us a few hours later offering an alternative method — but nothing worked...

A shame!

A mobile version sometimes inaccessible...

If you enjoy playing on mobile or tablet, you'll no doubt be pleased to learn that Blaze has a mobile version that allows doing everything possible on computer: playing, depositing and withdrawing money, talking to customer service...
