Testing customer service was very straightforward for us, as we had a major problem to resolve. Indeed, an error message was preventing us from registering... We therefore did things in order to try to resolve our problem.

To begin, the site has created a help centre, accessible via a link at the very bottom of the homepage. The idea is excellent, and the result is fairly good... Unfortunately, the entirety of this help centre is in English.

This is a great shame, as behind all these sections, the site's team has taken the time to answer numerous questions in a way that's both clear and comprehensive.

If you don't speak English, you'll therefore necessarily need to turn to the live chat system. It's not highlighted at all, but it does exist! To launch the conversation, you need to click on a small link at the very bottom of the homepage:

A chat window then opens automatically. Initially, we're guided by a chatbot to try to find an already-written answer... The operation is therefore fairly classic, but unfortunately here it's not effective. Indeed, the bot asks questions that are a little too specific, and it's impossible to go back — including when the system invites us to contact customer service directly. On our side, we had to reload the site by clearing the cache to be able to ask to speak to an agent.

After providing our name, email address, and reason for our request, the conversation launched. The waiting time was estimated at 3 minutes, but an agent greeted us after just a few seconds.

We explained our registration problem. The agent asked for a screenshot, and what followed was a long... very long conversation. After asking us numerous questions, the agent asked us to connect to another address of the site, but that didn't work. They then asked us to use another browser, but that didn't work either. Finally, they suggested we register on mobile, but still without result.

In short, after nearly half an hour of discussion, we still hadn't managed to register on the site, and we had to contact technical support by email. However, technical support never got back to us.

Simple registration, but impossible for us!

A code will also be sent by SMS to verify your identity.

On paper, everything is very classic... But for us, registration was purely and simply impossible! After testing numerous casinos at TnBet, this is the first time such a situation has occurred...
