CashBox Casino: a hidden treasure?

Launched in 2026, Cashbox is a newcomer to the world of licensed casinos... But it didn't take long for us to want to take a closer look!

Indeed, despite its somewhat uninspiring appearance, the site is currently generating genuine enthusiasm. Why? To find out, we investigated: catalogue, bonuses, customer support, mobile… In a few moments, you'll know everything there is to know about this casino.

Looking beyond appearances

To say the least, Cashbox doesn't exactly dazzle with its appearance... Indeed, let's be upfront about it: we were quite surprised when launching the site for the first time. Graphically, the platform is to say the least sober... not to say dull. A dark green background, a few summary pieces of information, a game list and a navigation bar. In short, nothing particularly exciting!

But as you know, you shouldn't always judge a book by its cover, including in the world of online casinos. Because contrary to appearances, the site seems rather well stocked. Casino, live, sports, as well as tournaments and promotions... The whole thing seems fairly comprehensive and above all very well organised.

Let's examine all of this.

Games and bets

Unlike some sites that go to great lengths to offer something original, Cashbox gets straight to the point by highlighting its games and bets directly. Good news: everything is perfectly organised. The offering, even if it's not exhaustive (only around thirty providers such as Netent or IGT), still appears more than sufficient to satisfy most visitors.

A casino game library that does the job

From the homepage, the tone is set: the site has everything you need on the casino front, and things are well organised. Table games, crash games... Everything's there, and more. Even if it's unsurprisingly on the slot machines side that the platform has really gone all out.

What slots are available on Cashbox?

As we mentioned, the site puts its slot machine offering front and centre. The best ones are displayed directly on the homepage, and most of the sections offered in the top navigation bar concern this type of game:

The result: if you love spinning reels, you'll be spoilt for choice! It's impossible to tell you exactly how many titles are available, but one thing is certain — you won't get bored. Number of reels, gameplay types, universes... Everything you need is there.

To filter easily, the numerous sections on offer allow you to find what you're looking for within seconds. Books, new releases, featured, bonus buys, Megaways, hold and win... If you're used to online gaming, none of this will come as a surprise!

A nice little feature: the site lets you open a game randomly within each sub-section. This lets you mix things up without overthinking it...

Table games: a disappointing section?

The site naturally offers all the great casino classics. They're easily accessible from the dedicated section:

Poker, blackjack, roulette, baccarat… All the must-haves are there, each with several variants. Whether you want a quick 2D game or prefer to immerse yourself for hours in polished universes, you'll find what you need... Even if the selection isn't enormous, with only around fifty titles.

Another small downside: the presentation of this section is not at all polished. While the general interface is well structured and pleasant to browse, here you're faced with a long list with no sorting available. There's no choice but to scroll or do a manual search. That said, since the selection is limited, you can find what you're looking for fairly quickly.

The "crash" games

More good news: the site offers a "Crash" section that's well worth a look.

Because the name is rather misleading! This section doesn't only contain crash games in the strict sense. You'll also find many other mini-games: Plinko, fishing, limbo, mines, rocket, football... With nearly 70 titles available, the site has nothing to be ashamed of! Especially since other games aren't even listed. It's also possible to find keno, bingo and scratch cards using the navigation bar.

One small downside: some must-haves such as Aviator are not available. Very surprising.

Live casino: a limited selection?

For sensations close to a real casino, there's a live casino section that appears fairly restricted at first glance. To access it, click the "Live Dealer" button:

Once again, the presentation leaves something to be desired. Players must make their selection from a long list of tables, with no sorting possible... That said, the selection is broadly of good quality, even if it's limited (only around fifty tables).

You'll find games provided by one essential supplier: Pragmatic. But other less well-known providers (Betgames, 7Mojos) round out the offering to bring a touch of diversity and originality.

From classic roulette to baccarat and original game shows, you'll broadly have what you need, even if demanding players may sometimes feel a little underwhelmed.

Sports: the bare minimum

Let's be upfront about it: if you're primarily a sports betting fan, Cashbox's offering may seem a little limited...

On the main page, a few sports are highlighted: football, basketball, tennis, baseball, boxing, but also Australian football and cricket. A rather surprising selection! We do note the presence of horse racing, which is fairly rare in the world of online gaming, even in 2026.

For each sport, the platform highlights a list of important fixtures. These lists aren't exhaustive, but they still allow you to bet on all major events.

The site also allows, to a lesser extent, betting on eSports. During our test, only a few games were accessible: Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Honor of Kings and Valorant.

Also note that it's possible to filter between in-play fixtures and others. It's always pleasant to be able to bet in the heat of the action, even if unfortunately the platform doesn't allow you to watch matches live directly... No streaming here.

Placing bets is simple: just click on a match to access a long list of more or less detailed betting options. The list of available bets is surprisingly comprehensive. Clicking on odds opens a very classic bet slip that allows singles or accumulators to be placed in a very intuitive way.

In short, the site makes it easy to bet on the main sports... But if you're addicted to online betting, you'd probably be better off looking elsewhere.

Promotions: a disappointment?

At TnBet, we know that bonuses play an essential role in the enjoyment of discovering a new casino. Unfortunately for now, Cashbox seems to make do with the minimum... But let's still see what the site has to offer.

A rather impressive casino welcome pack

Let's start with what is without doubt the site's main weapon for attracting new players: its primary welcome gift.

As you can see, this is a pack that provides different gifts across the first 4 deposits. Here's the offer in detail:

  • 400% up to €2,500 + 50 free spins.
  • 250% up to €2,500 + 50 free spins.
  • 300% up to €2,000 + 50 free spins.
  • 150% up to €1,000 + 50 free spins.

In short, the offer is quite extraordinary, with a potential total of up to €8,000 and 200 spins! It's rare to be offered such substantial amounts upon registration. Especially since the wagering requirements remain reasonable at 30x each time. In short, a fine little offer to welcome us, which will particularly delight those with sufficient funds.

Note that each time, you need to enter a code to take advantage of the offer, which is not very practical...

A small gift for new bettors

Even if the offer is considerably more limited than for the casino, the Cashbox team has nonetheless thought of sports enthusiasts with a small gift for their first deposit.

The offer is original but fairly simple. Simply deposit a minimum of €20 to receive a €30 free bet. The maximum odds are 10, and the wager is 1x. Good news: the offer has no expiry date. No need to rush... You can wait for the golden opportunity to get the most out of it.

Other promotions: an interstellar void

Unfortunately, we've already covered all the promotions currently offered by Cashbox... It has to be said that at the time of writing, the site is still extremely young.

Rest assured, however: the platform has already set up certain sections suggesting that several offers should become available soon:

Soon, Cashbox members should be able to enjoy weekly offers... The team promises us "Something exciting is coming soon!" We'll keep you informed as soon as we know more...

Another good omen: there's already a section dedicated to upcoming exclusives. The term is vague, and it's hard to imagine what might be hiding there... But one thing is certain: we'll stay on the lookout so you don't miss any good opportunity.

Tournament: a dormant section?

To add a little excitement to our sessions, the site's team also organises tournaments...

At least in theory! During our inspection, no tournament was underway. The page only displayed a tournament that had ended several days earlier.

It was a casino-exclusive tournament with a prize pool of €2,000. It ran over several days and involved certain slot machines. Players accumulating the most winnings climbed the leaderboard and shared the prize pool at the end of the competition. The top player received €750... Unfortunately, winnings were credited in the form of bonuses subject to wagering conditions. A little tight...

Let's hope the site offers new tournaments soon, and this time with genuine cash prizes to be won.

Payments and withdrawals

A good casino isn't just about games and bonuses... To be attractive, a platform must allow us to manage our money simply and securely. Here's what to make of all this regarding CashBox.

Average deposits

Depositing money here isn't complicated... But the conditions could easily be improved. Concretely, to open the virtual cashier, simply click on the yellow "Deposit" button in the top right corner of the screen. A small window appears automatically:

As you can see, the available methods are not very numerous. It's possible to pay by bank transfer, bank card, with a few cryptos (Dogecoin, Litecoin, Tether, Bitcoin and Ethereum), as well as with Sofort, Neosurf or Interac.

The amounts range from a minimum of €15 to a maximum of €1,000, which is relatively restrictive.

Of course, payments are instant and no fees are added.

Good news: it's possible to validate your bonus directly to be absolutely certain of not missing anything. Strangely... In the "Promotions" section, the site announced a code to enter at the time of payment.

Decent withdrawals

To recover your winnings, you need to head to your profile. Choose your preferred method, enter an amount, and provide the requested information to receive what's owed to you. It's possible to withdraw between €200 and €5,000. The range is therefore rather high, and very occasional players may feel a little trapped here.

Amounts are paid out within a maximum of 48 hours, which is fairly reasonable.

Poor customer service and in English

Like all serious Curaçao-licensed sites, Cashbox does its best to provide help to users in difficulty.

First surprise: there's no FAQ or help centre as such. The only option for getting help is to launch the live chat. To do so, click on the yellow speech bubble at the bottom right of the homepage.

The conversation begins with a chatbot. Unfortunately, it's in English... But it's only there to select a category. Immediately after choosing a theme, the service automatically redirects you to a human assistant.

However, the conversation continues in English. Most support teams use an automatic translator, which is considerably more practical...

As usual, we asked how to make a payment in bitcoin. We generally ask this question in order to objectively compare the different support teams.

The agent asked us to wait, before transferring us to a new advisor who asked us about our issue again. A small lack of efficiency here!

And the surprises didn't stop there... After a few more seconds of waiting, the agent simply replied that all available payment methods were displayed on the deposit page, and that they couldn't tell us exactly how to proceed. Needless to say, they would have been of absolutely no use to us had we genuinely been in trouble.

In short, a disappointment! Note, however, that it's possible to contact customer service by email. Perhaps that method is more effective...

Follow our advice to sign up

No particular problem if you fancy trying out the Cashbox adventure! By clicking on our link, a first registration form should appear automatically... If not, simply click on the yellow "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the screen:

As you can see, the system is similar to what you'll find at 99% of competing casinos during registration... Simply enter your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and finally choose a secure password for future logins. Change your currency if needed, and tick the box to accept the privacy rules and general terms and conditions. You're free to untick the previous box to avoid receiving promotions.

Click "Start Winning", and your account is already created! It's rare for things to go this quickly. An efficiency that's great to see...

Cashbox mobile: a very pleasant experience

If you enjoy playing from the comfort of your sofa or while travelling, know that the site is perfectly accessible on mobile, whether on a phone or tablet, on both iOS and Android.

To access it, it's simple. Click on our link from any browser, and the site will automatically adapt to your small touchscreen.

All the content presented during this review is accessible. Games, bonuses, tournaments, customer support... Pages have been reorganised so that comfort remains optimal, and it's a complete success. In fact, the mobile version is even more enjoyable than the desktop version!

Note that the site also offers the option to install an app... At least, that's what's written when you connect to the page. But the term is misleading. It's not really an app to install. In reality, the site provides a tutorial to teach you how to create a shortcut to the page on mobile. It's practical, but it has nothing in common with some of the casino apps you'll find at competitors.

Final verdict: a promising but limited casino

Ultimately, Cashbox is certainly not the site that will revolutionise gaming in 2026... The platform isn't bad, far from it. It even has many qualities. But it's still young and things need to be finalised before players can truly find what they're looking for.

The potential is there: a very well-organised and already comprehensive game library, with even a bookmaking section. An astounding 4-part welcome bonus with fairly reasonable conditions. Exclusive tournaments. A secure and reliable payment system...

But there are still too many shortcomings. To start with, there's clearly still a lack of content. The game library is solid, but the sports section is still too limited. On the promotions front, the site can't rely solely on a welcome bonus, however excellent it may be. Finally, customer service is currently too imperfect.

But Cashbox has potential, and we have confidence in it... A few more efforts and registration will soon be well worth it!
