Clicking the button opens a chat window in the bottom right of the screen. Simply enter your name, email address, and question. To test the quality of customer service, we asked the team directly how to deposit in bitcoin. After a few seconds of waiting, the agent responded, specifying that they were using an automatic translation system. They then asked us to wait for an answer.

After around 5 minutes of waiting, the agent invited us to "follow the instructions on the site." Safe to say their response wasn't very helpful! We therefore followed up by specifying our question: "How do I send bitcoins to the provided address?"

A quarter of an hour after following up with the agent, we still hadn't received a response. We therefore followed up a second time. Finally, after an additional 5 minutes, the agent eventually advised us to consult the site for answers to our questions, or to send an email... A completely absurd situation that costs Frumzi Casino significant points.
