The simplest way to get help at Infinity is to launch the online chat. It was easy for us to test this customer service's effectiveness, as we had to face a genuine problem. Since the solution wasn't in the FAQ, we launched the online chat.

A window opens in the bottom right corner of the screen, and you're asked to choose your language. The conversation then continues with a chatbot, which could be a good idea, but here the result wasn't satisfactory. The bot asks you to choose a category, but it's not always simple to find the right one.

In our case, we couldn't find an answer to our question. Finally, a real advisor took over to help us.

The advisor was very polite. They expressed themselves correctly and above all they ended up finding a solution!

Thus, the site does its maximum to avoid overwhelming its customer service by directing us as much as possible towards automatic responses, but this isn't always effective. Fortunately, the human advisors are reactive and professional.

Simple registration, but buggy

On paper, registration at Casino Infinity is extremely simple... In practice, we had a small problem, which was fortunately resolved with the help of customer service.

With a few rare exceptions (horse racing, live games not available in other languages...), you'll inevitably find what you're looking for here.
